How will I know when my recipient has received the money?

Nairagram provides this information to you through an automatic email notification. This notification gives you a real-time alert, letting you know that your transfer has been completed.

Additionally, your secure “My Account” dashboard contains a list of all of your transactions and a status update next to each one. Once a transfer is completed, the status of your transaction will be updated in your private dashboard. Lastly, you can always contact us to verify the status of your transaction(s).

What if I am having trouble signing into the “My Account” dashboard?

When attempting to sign-in to your secure online account, please be sure of the following:

How much money can I send using Nairagram?

As a registered customer, the maximum daily limit for transfer is $2,000.00

How do I change my password?

In order to change your password, please log in to your account. Within your account, you have the ability to change your password by clicking on the password link in the left hand navigation. Be sure to keep your password information safe at all times.

How does my beneficiary/receiver receive money in Nigeria?

Your beneficiary/receiver will receive money sent by you directly in their bank account within minutes of you submitting your transaction.

Can I send money to more than one person at a goal?

No! You can send money to only one recipient per transaction.

MOBILE TOP-UP

A mobile top-up is a payment made by Nairagram to send a mobile recharge to a recipient’s pre-paid mobile phone.

What is mobile top up?

When you connect a mobile phone to a telecom network, you need to purchase credit to enable you to use that telco network’s service. Mobile top-up allows you to access the network’s service offerings, voice, mobile data, sms etc.

When you add credit to a pre-paid phone, this is known as a ‘Top up’. Topping up a phone will allow continued use of the telco’s service until the credit runs out.

Mobile top ups sent via Nairagram are usually instant.

Where can I send mobile top-up?

Mobile top-ups can only be sent to recipients in Nigeria.

What telecom companies do you send mobile top-up to?

How long does it take for the Mobile Top-up top up to be received?

Mobile Top-ups are normally added instantly or within a few minutes.

Occasionally, there may be small delays due to congestion or outages on the local mobile network.

What happens if I send to an incorrect number?

When sending a Mobile Top-up, you will be asked to enter the recipient’s phone number twice. This is done to ensure that top-up is not sent to the wrong person because of a mistyped number.

However, if you enter the wrong number twice, the transfer will go ahead and there is no way to reclaim the Mobile Top-up top up once it is sent.

It is therefore important that you check the number carefully with your recipient before you send.
